To help fuel our growth, we are looking for a savvy, strategic, and creative Junior Content Marketing Specialist with writing and graphic design abilities to join our growing marketing team. Our marketing team consists of positive, talented and determined self-starters who are able to collaborate effectively and thrive in an environment with a high level of autonomy. The team leverages industry knowledge and insights in order to apply the most impactful B2B marketing strategies and tactics that support the company’s mission and business objectives.

This role will report to the Marketing Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ideate on topics and trends to help drive our SEO & content strategy
  • Create or reproduce content for Wordpress websites, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, brochures, and other digital content as needed
  • Conduct graphic design related tasks in relation to company marketing material, internal documents, display advertising, and more
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and provide thought leadership regarding strategy and education
  • Produce industry-standard landing pages & e-newsletters for effective A/B testing & analysis
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of content in marketing communications through rigorous quality control, proper execution, proofing, and fact checking
  • Plan, coordinate, and post approved marketing materials through social media, online and other innovative marketing channels
  • Track, review, and report on campaign effectiveness through appropriate metrics analysis through Hubspot
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate design, English, or marketing major at an accredited university or college with marketing aptitude (completed Bachelor degree a bonus)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with copy-editing abilities
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD (bonus), Premiere (bonus), After Effects (bonus)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Hootsuite, Wordpress, & Mailchimp
  • Passionate attention to detail while being creatively flexible
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow through
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing desired
  • 1-2 years experience in content marketing in a B2B setting
